Where do you provide childcare?
We provide on-site childcare at weddings and events in hotel suites, Airbnbs, private residences, bridal suites, and designated venue spaces.
What activities are included?
Activities may include arts & crafts, games & interactive play, movie lounge setup, quiet/chill zone activities, and age-appropriate entertainment. Packages vary depending on the event needs.
What ages do you accommodate?
We welcome children ages 1–12 years old.
How many caregivers are provided?
We maintain a 1 caregiver per 5 children ratio to ensure attentive and quality care.
How does pricing work?
We offer package-based pricing with a 4-hour minimum. Pricing is based on the number of children attending and the level of care and setup needed.
Do parents receive updates?
Yes! We provide photo and video updates throughout the event for your peace of mind.
Is payment individual or group-based?
Payment can be handled as one group payment through the couple or host, or individually per family — we'll discuss the best option for your event.
Are you insured?
Yes — Little Guest List is fully insured.
Are your caregivers experienced?
Yes! Our caregivers have professional childcare experience and are CPR-certified. We focus on creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for every child.
Can you customize the setup?
Absolutely! We can tailor activities and lounge setups to fit your wedding aesthetic, theme, and guest age range.
Do you travel?
Yes! We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona areas. Travel accommodations may apply for destinations outside our standard service area.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season.
